Southern Charm

This charmer is a new construction home built with the idea of convenience and comfort for all family and friends. One of our main goals while designing this home was to create a welcoming environment that exudes Southern Hospitality. A place where family and guest can come as they are, celebrate life’s events, or just hang. Being apart of the entire process from the ground up, we were able to achieve this by designing a very open concept floor plan, spacious and enjoyable rooms, and of course well thought out details with that southern touch. The home was given a neutral pallete paired with pattern accent pieces, such as; draperies, pillows, & rugs to create an inviting atmosphere. The mixed woods, metals, & other different textures throughout the home add to the warm and cozy environment. The light fixtures, detailed trim-work, & fun combination of tiles were all individually selected to add personality to this custom home.

Down to Earth

This 1960s home had all the great bones needed for this casual, family-oriented haven. Although the bones were great, some updating was definitely in order. With a focus on how the family functions we completely gutted the kitchen and remodeled the space to stand out as the heart of the home. Removing walls to allow the kitchen & living space flow as one, adding an oversized island for everyone to gather at, & including personal touches throughout helped make this home represent them. Throughout the remodeled spaces we focused on a light & airy palette with pops of texture. We incorporated clean, simple, & modern lines to really up date and open up the space. With the simple color palettes we chose to let the selections of our hard surfaces do the talking through the punches of texture & personality.

Urban Days

Moody Blues

Main line meets contemporary in this urban townhome. The owners wanted to give their space a facelift that would reflect their New England influence. We really wanted to create a space that felt unique to them, comfortable, and still modern. The fresh coastal-inspired colors with the combination of quirky & contemporary touches evoke just that. Selecting a tailored sofa, wingback accent chair, and classical silhouettes throughout represent this colonial influence. To keep the space modern we added the clean-line side chairs, pops of metal, contemporary light fixtures, & bold focal points. The collected books and artwork paired with rugged wooden elements add the perfect accents to create an overall warm and sleek environment.

Statement Piece

This elegant home already consisted of beautiful trim work & elevated details that the current owners love. You are initially greeted by a beautiful foyer and 2-story living area when you walk into the home. A space where they envision sitting back to enjoy each others company and conversation. They wanted this space to be a statement! Working with the traditional mahogany trim that runs throughout the entire house we wanted play into the wood tones by taking these traditional details and modernizing them. After replacing the fireplace stone, updating light fixtures, & installing new flooring we were left with the perfect fresh slate for new furnishings. We mixed a combination of warm and cool colors and also added a cohesive balance of subtle patterns and textures to dress up the overall feel of the room.

Holy Chic

This charming home was the perfect blank slate to create a unique, fun, and put together space for our first time homeowners. The clients wanted to create a welcoming space that consisted of a youthful personality through pops of color, art, & statement pieces. Keeping in mind that the homeowners love to host we wanted to create this refined palette that was still comfortable to spend time in. While furnishing the interior we focused on layering jeweled-toned colors on top of neutral backgrounds. This brought the perfect balance of glamoures tones and unique textures. We mixed in brass accents to elevate and modernize the design, & we did an oversized rug in the middle of the floor plan helping to define the living room space but still leaving the flow of the interior very open.

Old Soul Revival

While remodeling this family home we wanted to create the perfect haven for all their kids and extended family to come back to. Keeping in line with the overall electric and traditional style my clients favor we were able to update their space by mixing beautiful antique pieces with laid-back furniture. We modernized the space with modern accents, fresh paint, & contemporary patterns. We blended warm tones throughout the living spaces with cool decorative pieces. Adding archways in what was once a solid wall really opened up the various rooms through the living spaces. This allowed us to connect these spaces and really let the natural light that flows through this home shine.

Toes in the Sand

This beach front property is the perfect getaway spot for this family to gather together with each other, or with friends from all over! We updated and remodeled this home with a comfortable & relaxing demeanor. We wanted to keep this home light, bright, playful, & fun. This is a home where you can kick your feet up after a day in the sun, play a card game with friends, or sit out and enjoy the sunset. Taking into consideration the sandy environment we incorporated a well balance mixture of beach blue tones, pops of fun color, washed wood textures, & playful patterns. We renovated what was once a screened in porch into a youthful bunk room. Updated bathrooms with lively details, added a cozy fireplace, expanded the outdoor areas, and overall created an energetic beautiful, beach ready home! Updating the exterior of this home with different textures and a fresh coat of paint was the cherry on top!
